Camp Flyer

     We are now accepting registrations for the upcoming 2008 Soccer Season.  You may pre-register online at: eayso.org.  THIS IS JUST PRE-REGISTRATION!!!   Your child will NOT be registered until you bring three copies of the registration forms, birth certificate and payment to one of our scheduled registrations, which will begin in April.  Dates are listed below in the Events Calendar.  Remember, if your child has not played with us before, they will need to attend the registration for a skills test (for team formation only).

     You may also register by mailing two of the forms printed from eayso to our P.O. Box.  If this is the first time you child has registered with us, you must send a copy of their birth certificate also.  The fee for one child is $105.00, two $200.00, three $295.00, four $380.00 and five or more $420.00.  These fees are for single families at the same address.  You may send the forms with appropriate payment and birth certificate, if needed, to Palmdale AYSO; P.O. Box 903224; Palmdale, CA; 93550.  If your child played with us this last season at Palmdale AYSO, you may just send payment with names and birth dates of the children.
